Vision Community Theatre Group of Wilson, Inc., embarked on a remarkable journey this holiday season, weaving joy, generosity, and a touch of whim into the fabric of Wilson’s festive spirit. Our annual Christmas production, “A Soulful Christmas Celebration,” kicked off the holiday season in style, and paved the way for a series of heartwarming endeavors spreading holiday cheer,

We ventured into downtown Wilson for the ArtSpin “Whimsical Wonderland” festivities. Little did we know we would be graced by an unexpected guest – none other than the mischievous GRINCH! What a laugh we all had! 

Despite the whirlwind of activities, some of us ended the day  in fellowship at Casita Brewing company, sipping hot cocoa and listening to a live band play holiday tunes.

 The following day, we participated in the Oliver Nestus Freeman Round House Toy Drive, caroling with passion and purpose. 

We are more than a community theatre group. We are a family of more than 200 members with an impact extending far beyond the stage. Theater has a huge impact on society, and Vision Community Theatre Group stands as a beacon of community involvement, embodying the belief that the arts can be a powerful force for positive change.  More about that at another time. 

As we, the Vision family, look ahead to 2024, the invitation is extended: “Won’t you join us?” Become a part of our ever-growing family, where the magic of theatre provides many opportunities.
